when I worked as agency it was all over the lower Hunter region. I had a terrific exposure to the very worst and the very best of aged care.

your post suggests that you've picked the very best of all aged care. well done. to find one that doesn't have a proportion of their staff working from agency is a very unusual bit of good management.
