Well there you go Labor has delivered its costings with over a full week before the election well before the coalition did when it was in Opposition. The costings were prepared in consultation with the independent Parliamentary Office of budgeting.

IMO this caps off a successful campaign for Labor which is likely to form the next govt of Australia.

The Coalition lost its mandate in the current term when they axed Malcolm Turnbull and consequently lost their parliamentary majority with a massive swing against the govt in the Wentworth by-election. The departures of Julie Bishop, Kelly O’dwyer, Michael Keenan, Christopher Pyne and Steve Ciobo has set the scene for a Coalition in divided turmoil imo.

The fact that the coalition now resorts to disseminating fake news in social media including on this forum such as the death tax lie and threads that try to smear Bill Shorten is indicative that they have given up on selling their own lack lustre policy agenda. Morrison thinks its just about him and the Opposition leader which further confirms a lack of confidence in the coalitions overall policy agenda and its team.

The election looms next week and the voters will choose the best team to win.
