gyro, it's all too easy to point the finger and talk in disparaging tones about Garret changing his mind.
Times and circumstances change. What once were problems now to a large extent have been solved. A nuclear industry that was once clearly unsafe, poorly regulated and in its infancy from a technological standpoint is now approaching maturity. It's time is approaching and Garret far from being condemned should be applauded for not adhering to a doctrinaire position.
