well wonder a little maybe, but not much. it has become habitual for these guys to leave, and so far no one was pinned anything on any of them. ( bracks, carr, lennon, the last WA dude, beattie ).
There is a view that by leaving before they become unpopular, it helps their party get reelected. Based on the last 6 years or so, probably a good view. But not necessarily persistent.
