Mahalo is the nearest to production , most substantial, and lowest cost project. It can single handly have a big supply impact . Mahalo North and East 100% owned by Comet make comets over gas asset so attractive
I am highly confident those looking to acquire Comet will be emboldened as it’s now politically a lot easier
similarly those looking to purchase gas will be scurrying knowing that the about face is an admission renewals are well behind

I truly believe everyone is under appreciating what the new Gas policy means for Comet.
the expiation well is scheduled to occur in Sept quarter - I will make a bold prediction . This will be the end of the teens for Comet and it WILL be taken over by year end . I will even put a TO for price of 35c plus
govt policy has been a headwind for 2 years - it’s now become a tail wind . Market reaction will come over next few weeks .
the activity of the last quarter will also become visible this quarter so my advice is strap yourselves in … the time has come
