Clearly they pulled that number from their back passage .... but, I wonder if the looming electoral disaster for Labor in the next Queensland State election will expedite more sensible policies, to appease the investment community and rural workers, but failing that, the incoming Coalition government will need all the revenue it can muster to deal with the structural deficit bequeathed it by Labor, especially the Olympics ??
