    we now have a committment from all states to support a transition plan at last.

    Yes it needs to absolutely include new gas reserves. I'll hold my critisim until we are told what that transition plan includes. My interpretation is new coal will not be included. New gas should be but as it has been said by CB no committments on gas as yet.

    There is no other option IMO but politics requires the greens to at least support new gas (maybe with a clear no new coal) commitment by lab)
