a landlord asking too much rent will get a tenant when there is less than 1% availability left in the market which is the current situation as tenants don't have a choice. Couple that with the fact that the majority of landlords act in unison, rents will increase across the board. Its already common knowledge and touted by the media that this will happen. Are you trying to say it won't?
