About time this was done. The only change I would make is it apply from the first property.

Also need to drop the refundability of imputation credits. It's OK to allow a tax credit so the income isn't taxed twice. But refunding the excess credits is paying back the tax that was paid, is no nett tax to the government.

While I agree with Kerry Packer and paying the tax as legislated and not a cent more, in the end we need to pay some tax to ensure we get the services we want and need.
