Given we have heard little re a paying job held by Joel Cauchi - there would be little chance he could have paid for private psychiatrist treatment - starting to look like a "looney on the loose" - slipped through cracks - hundreds of Australians have been killed or harmed by mentally ill people loose in the community when they really need to be in a controlled living facility
So how come he was "known to Qld Police". So much to be revealed yet
