Q-Energy already making inroads by selling electricity to Victorians AND if ALP Wins ...i'm betting the smart money will start selling out of Victoria over time to the unsuspecting Asians who have lived under Commo rule for so long and think Australia is safer for their assets and don't understand how the ALP Greens operate. It might take 20 years but I'm thinking many Victorians will move to WA which at this stage has much better long term growth opportunities despite current mineral prices.
Not sure how long NSW will be in LNP hands and given corruption in both sides we either need to change laws to accept it as part of normal commercial business these days or for Courts to be real when ICAC prosecutes offenders.
I will be expecting a long period of stagnating real estate prices in Victoria no matter the hype with new apartment prices and over time most of Victorian assets may become owned by Asians escaping Commo Asia only to end up in Commo ALP GREENS Australia. lol ironic really.
