Did anyone really consider that the $275 decrease in power bills was going to happen?

The only possible outcome in casing these emissions target’s can only drive the price one way.

Transitioning away from fossil fuels to a new generation system will always incur heavy cost’s, even if these renewables technology were fit for purpose.
The fact that they aren’t capable of delivering our energy requirements only means that the transition will cost even more.

At some point in time we will also see Labor backflip on their emission target’s but they possibly will try and put that bitter pill in the “To Do” tray for as long as they can.
After all, energy policy was good to them in the election but if their commitments hurt too many in the hip pocket they will have tell a good story or they’ll be back in opposition in 3 years.

I can even imagine some of the Climate Loonies May swing to the Right over the next few years as their faith in intermittent renewable’s falls apart.
Owning a model 3 Tesla is great but if they can’t charge the thing up, they can’t drive it around to show off
