then of course there's the value adding for battery resources - another good move.
the message was one thing. what impressed me more is his capacity to think clearly and methodically. the plan is not an overnight job but has years of research behind it along with acknowledgements to numerous top experts and institutions. its deeply researched and entirely cogent within the broader context.
also his direct manner in answering questions and the contact he made with each journo. he's very quick thinking and capable of keeping focus on multi-part questions and then tying them together.
