while I agree with you Reggie, imo the main point that the Lib supporters are missing, and the real reason for Lab support, is the default option necessitated by the dominance of the duopoly: the Libs have shat in their seats, shat on the people and triggered a mass revulsion and revolt against the Libs. this is why the teals did so well.

when a political party goes to such stupid extremes people turn to the most viable alternative. when that alternative is no better they go to opposite extreme or decline to vote.

its not about Labs being any better than Libs; its that Libs have destroyed, or abandoned, their voter base. primarily through idiocy.

Albanese is no better than Shorten...... it was Morrison who lost the election.
