Yes willial, but you will hear daily from Labor's luvvies how their Government was so wonderful and successful as they were able to introduce so much new legislation and get it passed blah blah blah. Yet most of it was rubbish like you have just cited.
I was listening to Campbell Newman the other day and he was talking about the local RNA annual show. The log chops were in progress and he commented that all the logs used had to come from other states as the Labor Government in Qld had passed legislation that no wood from local resources could be used at these types of exhibitions.
He said this was the type of useless legislation and laws passed daily by the Labor Government under Bligh and Beattie, which only served to strangle small business and make Qld become the least desirable state to do business in. Where Qld once was the lowest taxing and one of the better states to do business, Beattie and Bligh managed to destroy that advantage.
He went on to say that the LNP had been unwinding page after page of useless red tape and garbage legislated by the Labor Government almost daily.
