Some pensioners will get refunds and some part pensioners before March 28th 2018. Industry funds and some other super funds will still get the franking credits,they have not cut out the dodgy lending of shares by overseas residents to Australian funds who share the franking credits with them. Beazley proposed refunding if franking credits as a policy in 1998 and Howard adopted it 2001. The loss of money is felt by the ones who lose it just wait for your turn.
