The whole point of most graphs is to see the trend and make predictions about the future.
In this graph, it’s obvious the trend is for the ALP to be losing votes over time. Extend that trend to 2025 and there’s no way the ALP will be in government then.
There was a similar trend before the voice referendum, if I remember correctly. Strong yes polls initially but a strong trend downwards.
