Problems in Qld.
In breaking news from News.com.au, it is reported that more than 5,800 working families and pensioners in Qld had their electricity cut in the Sept. quarter for non payment of their bills.
In the same quarter 6,246 people were participating in a hardship program as they struggled to pay their bills.
