What a typical heading and first post on this thread!!! This has nothing to do with the labor government but all to do with workers rights, obscene executive salaries and globalisation. Unfortunately Quantas is going the way of many dinosaurs thatcannot compete with the insanity of the "level" playing field. There is no level playing field and never has been. It was all a con.
I flew to the US at half the price of a QF ticket with an Asian airline. Says it all.
