i think the next time a country wants to do a Mugabe, just close the borders and then let them go for it, it they want to eat each other , let them, when its over and the last person standing decides it might be good to show some civility then the democratic world will deal with them, i might offer them a bag of wheat seeds or rice but no money or any other sort of resource. it they want to act like animals treat them like it. send our goodwill on those who appreciate it most, and charity starts at home, far too many of our own suffer.
As for the yanks, they unfortunately are the worlds police, and some stupid acts of helping now terrorists groups was and is a mistake, they are paying dearly for these mistakes, look at the fake US dollar bills being printed for example. this has been used to fund war, along with the middle east hatred.
People have to realise that China are sleeping giants in the new world, look at the money thay are lending the silly yanks every month, when they call in the debt, it will be ugly.
