IMO the Billionaires like Reinhart, Twiggy, Palmer etc
have their wealth tied up in their mining company shares
of wish annual gains are not taxed; only dividends that are
already franked..
This leads to a situation where even on dividends
someone like twiggy pays 15% tax (his income) where
that average Aussie striving to make ends meet on PAYE
os paying nearly 3 times that tax rate.
