Sorry Kincella, I cannot agree with you on this. It is sad to see the deaths but if the whole campaign is successful then the island will go back to a different equilibrium between animals and plants. Those animals killed are not the whole populations so the populations will grow again and maybe even long gone birds re-appear. But I cannot agree with Burke, as reported, I think his comment less than useful.
