Seriously, though if K Rudd got into the office again, will he do all sort of stuff he did, such as easing foreign property buyers, easing residential visas requirement, give $1K to everybody, triple or even quadruple FHOG. I personally dislike him for what he did to Australian house price. I know the government does not have as much money as they were, but who knows what these people will do...But then again, I am not a property investor..
