War crimes?
Do Israelis blow themselves up while killing Palestinians?
Do Israelis kill Palestinians with knives?
Do Israelis blow-up Palestinian buses filled with people?
Do Israelis blow-up Palestinian restaurants?
Do Israelis break into Palestinian homes and cold-bloodedly murder family members, including children?
Do Israelis set fire to forests where Palestinian live - as Palestinians did throughout Israel last summer?

The land which you probably regard as "Palestinian" land or "Occupied territories" was never Palestinian land...it was either in the hands of Jordan (which washed their hands of it after the 1967 war in which Israel gained control of it. If anything, it should be labelled "disputed territories"...and if Israel shouldn't be building there, neither should the Palestinians.
Very simply, Israel has not - and could not have - taken any land from the Palestinians as it was never theirs.
