This latest advertisement by Labor targeting Tony Abbott about "revealing" the financial commitments of the Coalition, has some woman standing at a kitchen bench dribbling on about "where is the money coming from Mr Abbott? What are you cutting next Mr Abbott? Tell us Mr Abbott!"
Yeah the Ad is rubbish, that's obvious, one or two people might get sucked in, but what really peeves me is that the Today Show on Channel 7 aired the Ad 3 times, obviously for free, for Labor in less than an hour on prime time TV with the bulldust lead in comment that Labor is being negative in attacking Mr Abbott with this advertisement contrary to KRudds call for less negativity. It will more than likely be aired half a dozen more times as well through the morning.
I don't believe free to air channels should continually broadcast any Labor or Liberal Party advertising under the guise of news or commentary or what ever...for nothing. In a Political show, sure, that's what it is about, but not on Prime time entertainment programs...
