You forgot fringe benefits which is an absolute howler of a tax dodge...and that goes with a lot of things you have mentioned that I do agree with.ALL of things would be taken advantage of by labor bigshots in their tax returns as well as all the others.The thing you do have very badly wrong is where you state "little or no cost"....this is absolutely wrong.
