Generally look like very good ideas. A few specifics:
- family tax benefits versus tax rebates for children. Not sure if there is any real advantage in one over the other.
- pension streams OK as long as not limited to fixed interest which get wiped out by inflation
- pension fund earnings already taxed (15%)
- why treat buildings differently from other fixed assts?
