Just silly to be proposing a DD election at this stage. Just as silly as suggesting this is a lame duck government.
They have successfully stopped the boats, a key election pledge, and with the new Senate, will also get the carbon tax done away with, their other main pledge.

Let's just accept that the Budget is flawed in terms of equality of demand on citizens, and wait to see how it's modified when it comes to getting the various pieces of legislation through. God knows what the peculiar assortment of PUP senators will do, especially Ricky Muir who doesn't seem to have the slightest clue.

And could Labor supporters please stop asserting that Malcolm Turnbull is such an accomplished person he would be a great leader of the Libs. How is that none of you can apparently recall the embarrassing debacle that was the Godwin Grech affair where Mr Turnbull, all his urbanity and beautifully modulated voice aside, made a total fool of himself.

Instead of trying to determine who should lead a party to which you are opposed, it might be a bit more productive for you to start thinking about who could replace the current leader if Labor is ever to have any hope of re-emergence to government.
