hmmm... has it actually stopped anyone smoking?
I'm not a smoker but know people who do. Plain packaging hasn't made the slightest bit of difference!!
And kids who want to try smoking due to peer pressure won't care what colour box it comes in.
I think it's no more than yet another labor gimmick.
