Thomas the Tank Engine thinks he is the Fat Controller. And he will huff and he will puff until he gets what he wants, even if it means running over Dorothy the Dinosaur, Peppa Pig and Sponge Bob. Thomas is off the rails but thinks he is bigger than He-Man and with Paw Patrol under his control, nothing can stop him. In reality he is as dumb as Patrick Star.
