Your a tradie but don't like the benefits unions have provided you?? do you have anything between the ears??
you get paid a lot more then most office workers that went to uni, do you even know why that is???

You must think your company employer deserves much more out of you.. You better sign up a personal contract with them to cut your pay and double your hours, they deserve your whole weekend and at least 70 hours a week for about 35k a year by the sounds, poor sods must be wrecked by unions.. go hit the unions where it hurts and help out your corporate mates and give them free labor. or at the very least sign up on a minimum wage salary with 40 hours unpaid overtime a week, come on practice what you preach, do not except the lovely pay, over time and or danger money you may receive on behalf of union depending on your work environment.. what a joker lol
