i have negotiated with my employer and are happy with what i get i dont get overtime but im well compensated also i am not on the tools anymore boilermaker yes but not doing it anymore.

thing is Benny boy unless you work for yourself you need employers and fact is union people from years ago have fought the good fight and they only have presence in large companies , and of course govt , health, police , firefighters, teachers, public servants, and whoever our taxes pay for and dont get me wrong they are all noble professions, but all paid for by us ( i assume you work )

i will leave you with 1 more fact we have approx 11.5 million workers 1.8million are union members yeh 1.8 mill cause all the trouble CFMEU, MWU 2 wank organisations
