See below, last time Bill Shorten was taken seriously on Sky news, he said this "I haven't seen what she said but let me say, I support what it is that she said."

So Bill Shorten is hardly a serious politician, a sort of Sanders, Corbyn, Duterte, Gerald Ford, Holt or Shipley type character, only there to keep a seat warm. Even if he did get the PM position by a stroke of LNP implosion or something, he would not last. Take a look at what he has done in the past. He would make Australia a laughing stock, a great "joke" and be more of a security and intelligence risk than Whitlam. The CIA and FBI would need an upskill to sack him via Governor General dictate perhaps?

Bill Shorten, Australian Politician, Displays Blind Loyalty To Julia Gillard (VIDEO)

In a display of loyalty that an Australian minister decided the best approach was to support his leader's comments even though he did not know what they were.

In an interview on Sky News Australia, workplace relations minister Bill Shorten was asked whether he thought the speaker of parliament should be allowed to return to his job.
Peter Slipper stepped aside following claims of sexual harassment against a male former assistant.

Shorten said that he knew prime minister Julia Gillard had "addressed this in a press conference in Turkey in the last few hours".
He added: "I haven't seen what she said but let me say, I support what it is that she said."

The understandably confused interviewer replied: "Hang on, you haven't seen what she said."
Shorten replied: "I support whats she said. My view is what the prime minister's view is."
"Surely you must have your own view?" the presenter asked.

Shorted responded:"No". But he added that there should be "no tolerance of sexual harassment" and he supported what the prime minister has said.
"But you don't know what that is!" the incredulous presenter shot back.
Shorten answered: "Well I'm sure she is right."
