Embattled Labor backbencher Emma Husar has categorically denied the latest inappropriate conduct allegations levelled against her.
    Key points:

    • Emma Husar has called the latest Buzzfeed story "absolute lies"
    • Labor sources say she's losing the support of her colleagues
    • The latest claims come amid an ongoing investigation into alleged workplace bullying

Buzzfeed News is today reporting new details of the ongoing investigation into Ms Husar's alleged bullying of her former staff.
Ms Husar has used Twitter to describe those claims as a smear, saying they are "completely untrue, unfair and hurtful beyond belief, 100 per cent false".
She called the story "absolute lies" and accused a former staffer of making up allegations and trying to destroy her reputation.
The Buzzfeed article said Ms Husar had not responded to the allegations, put to her by lawyer John Whelan.
But Ms Husar said via Twitter she had done her best to cooperate with the investigation and clear her name.
"It's clear these people will stop at nothing to destroy me," she said.
