She and SHY are an interesting couple. You cant question women because you end up being called a misogynist. That is one of the reasons Labor are stuffing their ranks with Women. Its another form of PC and stuffing up freedom of speech. We now have govt departments issuing gender reference policy. This means they can tell you what you and cant say in the work place. I guess if you say what naturally comes to mind,(like he or she) they can fire you or sanction you etc. If someone gets done for that, just take the govt to court, you would probably win as its not a law.
Companies are hopping mad about the regulation idiots in this country who also don't understand business. There is push back against these rules because they have been developed by people who dont have experience in the real business world. You see this will endless govts.
We have a country that functions and is paid for by business. The same country is governed by people who dont understand that or how it works. That is madness and another reason why the country continues to lose its way. The debt will grow and idiotic policy will break many companies and peoples lives. People in these positions are paid for by workers and business. They are public servants who need a wake up call. They are not elected officials.
