he is a member of the labor party and a mcgowan devotee - so yes he is that stupid. stupid in the manner of following orders without any thought, or care, of what it will do for the people that elected him. imho this is a deliberate ploy to follow the way of the eastern states and thus the rest of the wef countries and destroy civilisation as we know it so they can build back better.
