Banning things like this is never the answer as it just creates an illegal market which ultimately feeds more crime. Far better to legalise it, tax it and try to educate against using. If idiots then still use then they bear the consequences of their actions on themselves. However if they do it and it causes harm to others then there should be strong consequences.
