Rudd followed suit with 31 billion. So could we say these are H&C tax cuts forced upon Rudd?
H&C took the prudent steps of getting out of debt and building surpluses before offering income tax cuts - Not borrowing and living beyond your means - Aka, Rudd and Gillard.
