It's a well worn Labor tactic when they know they're on the outer. Just look at state Victoria and Queensland for example. It allows them in opposition to fund the government for having to cut costs as a result of Labor's own previous ineptitude. Have we ever seen such a debacle at national government level. Swan absolutely has no clue, and Gillard's history it appears might one day make her as famous as Ned Kelly.
