What is the problem with a person who has Trade Skills doing plumbing work ?
As long as the work is done according to standards and meets legistation requirements there ought not to be any restrictions.

One only has to read the required regs (or take direction from someone else) - Electricians and Plumbers in particular have been rorting the licenced system for years in Australia - to the point where it costs over $180 to have a plumber out to replace a couple basic valves - (at additional cost)!

Thats only one example - but is indicative of the problem home owners have with the rorting of the system.
