Just read the regs ... Why stop there ? Abolish the whole plumbing course (six years in Vic) and let anyone hook up to the water supply or whack in their drainage Why not let everyone connect their own gas up ... LPG is particularly nasty. Whats the worst that could happen ? People could blow up ... kill their family whist they're sleeping .... poison the water supply ... spread disease when the shit doesn't flow downhill
