You can have the training - licencing is a scam. its quite simple mate - if YOU do a substandard job then YOU are to blame.
Enter any metal working workshop - in Australia - there is no licence requirement for people to work to a very high standard - they are trained and qualified through TAFE - but no licence. If they dont perform they are very quickly not there any more. Quite often, what they do will affect the safe operation of some manufactured product (or used to - until we sold most of our manufacturing off)
Licencing is nothing more than a wealth creation vehicle for Trades - we have Regulations and Standards to which we must work and can be held pesonally accountable for sub standard work - so whats the point of the licence (scam) Australiia would probably have more regulation than any Centralised Economy in the world - what has it achieved?
We are a manufacturing backwater with the result that many in our community do not have trade skills any more and are being held to ransom via this communist type mindset.
