The kinco nut and plastic olive fittings .... hopeless with frost and any movement they leak I do remember they sell them in QLD You are much better off throwing the plastic olives and putting in the copper ones There is no way I would have them in my roof Hot water another big no no Better off with sharkbite and that’s rubbish IMO Any decent pipe system needs the press tools to go with it
