Lets open it up anyone can do their own plumbing It would turn into a debacle in no time Problem is a good handyman can do lots of things but has no idea on the regs The fact that they sell plumbing gear at Bunnings to anyone pisses me off PC items should be it It also annoys me that a plumber on here would agree with no licence needed rubbish ( probably to lazy to get his own) and then whine about the regs ... You have a very weird view of our trade The vast majority of plumbers take public safety very seriously As for the poster that presumably has a couple of gas units and thinks he is over qualified ... do the other 90 percent of the qualification and we can talk on the same level
