Who, other than the owners of business, should determine what fees directors should draw?
Personally, as an owner of a business, what I pay the people to manage my business for me is a matter for me.
Or would you, or someone like you, seek to prescribe to me how much of my own capital should go to rewarding and incentivising my managers?
