there's a LOT of water to go under the bridge yet --------- major issues like --------- 'if' 'when' cost of unit, all up cost of ownership and running, working life, etc etc
we know about big nukes - what they take, how much they cost etc etc -
and we know that they are far beyond the capability for Oz to become a working reality in much under about 30 years -------
small nukes would be different ---------- but, how much? -------- don't know.
What one can say is that some of the basics are the same -
they will require a large number of STEMS people
they will require somewhere to operate from - and that might indeed be a BIGGER issue than big nukes ------- why? because you would probably have a lot more of them - meaning - you'll get one in YOUR backyard
but, it's all fantasy atm ----------- if you see ANY government gearing up biggly in STEMS research and Ed -------------- THEN, you'll know that government is serious
until then - it's all bullshit
