He was also unceremoniously dumped by the people of his own electorate who finally woke up to him!

He also failed to invest in vital infrastructure for future generations, giving massive tax cuts instead of providing a better standard of living to ALL Australians. This is typical LNP and it's always left to Labor to do all the heavy lifting. In fact this under invest in roads, rail and ports slowed our economy and cost Australia on lost revenue and productivity on a massive scale and we are still suffering from that underinvestment to this day..... Fact!

He also left us with a corrupted Superannuation scheme that has cheated Australian taxpayers out of Billions of dollars in foregone revenue every year. Nothing to praise there!

I'm no fan of Tony Abbott and his LNP Govt, but the one thing he has got correct is investing in Infrastructure.
