The Labor clowns have so far done a proxy legal threat against the Unions through the CFMEU. The CFMEU will win the Suprem Court and then the taxpayer pays - Labor already know this. Then they go after Coles and Woolies and the criminals of the inflation surge when realistically this hasn't been the cause - lets look at QE and junket credit gifting, which has ultimately led to the issues with housing which is all a results of poor government planning. Unfortunately it is only the latter that will have any short -term impact on supply, the first two are just political BS. Long-term there needs to be a serious plan. Will it happen? Who knows? Will it work? Who knows, but at least negative gearing has to go. CGT I think not. As for the state gov''s needing the Stamp Duty - well without it the QLD Gov would be in receivership
