Labor to announce cost cuts to some programs today.
This is strange with the election only three weeks away
Oppositions don’t usually do this instead they usually
promise the world.
If they know what they are doing it would mean they
believe Labor will be forming the next government and
are laying the groundwork for an achievable responsible
fiscal outcomes.
However, if they don’t know what they are doing and
don’t have the research/polling in marginals to back their
confidence then they could be making a big mistake
and it could backfire.
