The mandate for any government would be for all its citizens to prosper , that the majority would be self sufficient and those that fall behind to give a helping hand and not a handout .
I for one do not want to go back to a feudal or become a party to a communistic system of lords and masters where the majority become brainwashed peasants like those of North Korea.
